Empowerment Through Sports
2020
Together with the Sokol federation Slovenia, we are implementing an international project that will last until the end of the year.
The project aims to use sport as a tool to strengthen the role of young people, education about human rights and teach them the
essence of tolerance and cooperation. The second goal of this project is to develop open access sports education resources (OER)
that they will strengthen the power of youth and all those interested in sports by providing material support, technical support
and mentoring. This will be done by downloading and constantly updating the methodology on the online platform. They will be able
to on the platform obtain tips and tricks for organizing sports and recreational events and other materials, associated with the
project. In general, OER will include an e-learning course on this topic, which stakeholders will be able to take advantage of
to gain in-depth knowledge of how promote equal rights through sport for different minority groups. To achieve greater numbers
visitors, the portal will be publicly available.

The project 'With sport is a better life in Bela krajina' (SE Slovenia) will be implemented after one year break together with local partners in the area of Bela krajina or SE Slovenia Initially, we started the project due to the sports inactive population in the southeast Slovenian region, but this year the situation is even worse due to the Covid 19 virus.

Project 'With sport life is better in Bela krajina' (SE Slovenia) was carried out in 2018 together with local partners in the area of Bela krajina in SE Slovenia. We organized project because of a sports inactive population in the southeast Slovenian region (currently 40% of the population). Due to worrying data, we carried out sports and recreational activities for all generations.
